  • What is a Buyers Agent?

    A buyer's agent is a real estate professional who represents homebuyers. They assist in finding suitable properties, evaluating them, negotiating on the buyer's behalf, managing paperwork, and providing market insights. Buyer's agents work exclusively for the buyer's best interests.

  • Do you charge Percentage fees for your services?

    No. We dont believe In charging percentages, we always charge flat fees for our clients.

  • What if we can't find a property I'm satisfied with, or something comes up where I cannot buy a property?

    If in the unlikely situation we find a property your not happy with or you cannot continue with the purchase, you'll be refunded ( not including retainer) Unless your pre approval does not get approved then you will be 100% refunded.

  • Are buyers agent fees tax deductible?

    Unfortunately not, the buying expenses for a property are not tax deductible, including a buyers agents fee, unless buying property is your full time income.

  • How long will this process take to buy a property with your services?

    We don't rush the process, this is an asset that you'll most likely hold for many years to come and we make sure that we get every step correct, the average time from engaging with our services to the end of settlement is 4-8 weeks.
